Today is August 21st. Tomorrow I start my first day of college. A year ago I was moving from the town I had grown up in my whole life to a new one. I was stressed, to say the least. I was also scared of the future and what it held. So here’s an update, for whoever is reading but primarily just for me.
Today is August 21st and I am happy. I’m in Colorado sitting on a couch, in a dorm, with two girls I met a week ago and I am exactly where I am supposed to be. A year ago I was straying from God, stressed, fearful, and depressed. Today I can confidently say that God has managed to drag me across the country, although I was very hesitant, and placed me exactly where I am supposed to be. I never would’ve imagined this is where He would put me but I’m glad He did. I guess the point of this little rant is life goes on, God is greater than we can ever imagine, and it always gets better. Even when things seem hopeless. Ecclesiastes 3, there’s a time for everything. I can’t wait to see what’s next. Have a good night to all the internet bots reading this. Wish me luck with school.
